Born on March 9 in Kikinda, into a traditional, patriarchal family, Iren Ruža carried with her from childhood the values that shaped and strengthened her throughout her life. Of Hungarian descent, her name holds a special symbolism—though her surname means "rose," her path has not been strewn with roses.

She completed her studies in construction engineering (specifically in high-rise building construction) and passed the state professional exam, proving her perseverance and dedication. However, what truly sets her apart is not just her profession, but her life philosophy: she never saw obstacles as the end, but rather as challenges to be overcome—with a smile.
